It includes learning and interaction tools between members and users to face challenges of the 21st century in their local communities.
The European Commission's Development Education and Awareness Raising Programme, DEAR, supports projects that engage Europeans in worldwide issues of social, economic and environmental development. The InterCultural Approach Programme (InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. It aims at increasing the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations. For the moment INTPA D4 is integrating the intercultural competence into the Fundamental Training Package (FTP-ICM) to ensure that the competence will be widely shared within DG INTPA, DG NEAR and FPI staff in Headquarter and in EU Delegations.
This event aims at encouraging the curiosity on the cultural dimension of the international partnership as well as exploring a deeper knowledge on our partners. It foresees "anthropological lectures and experiences sharing" in order to open a stimulating conversation between colleagues and experts from partner countries.
