Capacity4dev uses the European Commission’s EU Login authentication service. This means you will need to have an EU Login account or create one to join Capacity4dev.
I don't have an EU Login account
Don't worry – it's quick and easy to register. Follow the instructions below and create your EU Login account which will allow you to log in to Capacity4dev and to a wide range of European Commission online services.
We recommend to use professional emails.
1. Click on "Create an EU Login account"
This will take you to the EU Login registration page.
2. Complete and submit your details via EU Login
You'll be asked to fill in a few basic personal information to create your EU Login account.
3. Receive a confirmation email
Check your inbox. In the email you received from EU Login, click on the link to confirm your account, and activate your membership.
4. Confirm your email and create a password
You'll be taken back to the Capacity4dev website. Here, you'll need to confirm your email address and create a password for your account.
5. Log in to the platform and fill out all mandatory fields
You can now log in to the Capacity4dev platform. Be sure to fill out all the mandatory fields in your profile.
6. Enjoy the community!
Now you can start exploring all the groups, discussions, and documents that are available to members.

Great! You can log in to Capacity4dev using your existing credentials. This will give you immediate access to all the resources and benefits of the community.
