Adopting the Digital Economy and Development Concept of Ukraine for 2018-2020 and action plan for its implementation

The concept includes a detailed plan of digital development in such fields as digital infrastructure, digital competencies, Implementing the concept of digital jobs, public security, education, healthcare, tourism, ecology and environmental protection, cashless payments, harmonization with European and world scientific initiatives, etc.
