A change has been applied in the “Nationality” field of the CV. There are now two Nationality fields in the CV: Nationality 1 and Nationality 2:

- Nationality 1 is mandatory. Nationality 2 is optional.

- both are limited to the EU member states nationalities + Norway, Canada, and Switzerland.

- The nationality you put in “Nationality 1” determines which Focal Point can see your CV. Only the Focal Point of the country set as Nationality 1 will be able to see your CV and propose you as an observer for a mission.

Note that, once the CV is submitted, you can only change Nationality 1 once a year (running year).

Only the citizen of EU member states can apply as CT member or DCO. The system will check both the Nationality 1 and nationality 2 fields to determine if you can apply or not.
