EU FAO FLEGT - Call for proposals - VPA countries

The EU FAO FLEGT Programme, a four year initiative funded by the EU and implemented by FAO, recently launched its call for proposals for VPA countries. The call is for government agencies, civil society organisations and private sector organisations from the following countries: Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Guyana, Honduras, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Malaysia, Republic of Congo, Republic of Laos and Vietnam.
Proposals must follow the guidelines provided on the website of the Programme: http://www.fao.org/forestry/eu-flegt/en/. It includes eligibility information, thematic areas, a list of eligible countries and organizations, the description of the submission and selection processes, the format for proposals and funding limits.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 31 May 2013. The call is available in English, French and Spanish.
