Nils-Sjard Schulz is adviser and consultant on development policies. He leads the broad-based analytical work of the Task Team on South-South cooperation (TT-SSC) with a view to the Busan HLF and the G20 agenda. Mr Schulz is associate fellow with FRIDE, a European think tank based in Madrid, and collaborates with the UNDP regional centers in Panama (LAC) and Bangkok (Asia-Pacific) in the areas of capacity development, South-South cooperation, aid effectiveness and climate finance.
