I have developed a particular expertise in program and policy planning, monitoring and evaluation throughout my work as a consultant for different donors including the Australian Agency for International Development, the British Department for International development, the European Commission, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. I have worked on several strategic evaluations,developed numerous Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (PM&E) frameworks and designed sectoral evaluation guidelines.
